Q: How do I contact customer service?

Q: What are your customer service hours?

A: We’re available Monday - Friday, 9am PST - 6pm MST

Q: How do you give back to Whales?

A: We’re proud to partner with Whale and Dolphin Conservation to help raise awareness of their conservation efforts.  

Q: Who do I contact for order Shipping issues?

A: If you have received your order and there are any issues with it please contact and we’ll make it right.


Q: How do you calculate net carbs?

A: Net Carbs = Total Carbs - Erythritol - Fiber - 4g Allulose

Q: Do you use hormone-free cream?

A: Yes, we used hormone free cream from locally owned farms in Arizona.

Q: What is it sweetened with?

A: We sweeten our products with a mix of Allulose, Erythritol and Monk Fruit. All three ingredients come highly recommended by low carb nutritionists around the world.


Q: Why did shipping prices change?

A: We've changed to a flat-rate shipping for $18. Frozen shipping is expensive and in order to price our pints similar to what you can find them in store and offer our customers a no-melt guarantee we had to increase the price of shipping. Please shoot us a message at with any questions you may have.

Q: How much is shipping?  

A: We provide flat-rate shipping for $18. Frozen shipping is expensive for everyone involved but we provide you with a no-melt guarantee. If it melts, we will fix it, no questions asked.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: We ship Monday through Wednesday. Our ice cream shipments can’t be in transit over the weekend so we are unable to deliver your package on a Saturday, Sunday, or Monday. The shipment schedule can be found below.

Q: Who will be delivering my order?

A: All orders will be delivered by FedEx with 1-2 day shipping depending on your location.

Q: Will I need to sign for delivery?  

A: A signature will not be required for delivery. But please monitor tracking information and freeze the product as soon as it arrives.

Q: Do you ship to P.O boxes, APO/FPO?

A: No - at this time we are unable to ship to P.O boxes, APO/FPO or international addresses.

Q: Do you ship to Canada, Alaska, or Hawaii?

A: No - at this time we only ship within the contiguous 48 states.
