Q: Why is the texture different than regular ice cream?
A: The texture of our ice cream can be harder upon opening due to the product containing zero sugar and only high quality ingredients. What we suggest for the best texture, is to allow your pint to temper for about 15 minutes before diving in.
Q: WHY DID THE SHIPPING PRICE CHANGE?
A: We've changed to a flat-rate shipping for $12.66. Frozen shipping is expensive and in order to price our pints similar to what you can find them in store and offer our customers a no-melt guarantee (increased dry ice) we had to increase the price of shipping. Q: How much is shipping?
A: We provide flat-rate shipping for $12.66. Frozen shipping is expensive so we provide you with a no-melt guarantee. If it melts, we will fix it, no questions asked.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: We ship Monday through Wednesday (sometimes Thursday). Our ice cream shipments can’t be in transit over the weekend so we are unable to deliver your package on a Sunday, Monday or recognized holiday.
Q: Who will be delivering my order?
A: All orders will be delivered by FedEx with 1-2 day shipping.
Q: Will I need to sign for delivery?
A: A signature will not be required for delivery. But please freeze the product as soon as it arrives.
Q: Do you ship to P.O boxes, APO/FPO?
A: No - at this time we are unable to ship to P.O boxes, APO/FPO or international addresses.
Q: Do you ship to Canada?
A: No - at this time we only ship within the contiguous 48 states.
