Mint Chocolate Protein Ice Cream Sandwiches

Quest Protein Cookies with Killer Whey! How excited are you for this matchup? Imagine all the healthy flavor combinations you can make with the protein cookies and protein ice cream!

Sometimes I don’t feel like cooking, or baking. I’m usually not the biggest fan of pre-made products because homemade is almost always better. But then you come across a product like Quest Nutrition’s Protein Cookies, and well, this is a protein cookie that tastes like something I could’ve made myself. That’s how good these cookies are! And then pair the Quest Double Chocolate Chip Cookie with Killer Whey! No Judge Mint Protein Ice Cream and you have the perfect mint chocolate ice cream sandwiches!

I am always a little worried that protein bars will sit in my stomach like a rock. I definitely have had some protein bars over the years that did not settle well with me. But I have always liked Quest Bars. The cookies are amazing. I think I like them better than the bars.

The Quest Nutrition Double Chocolate Chip Cookie has 240 calories, 15 grams protein, 16 grams fat, 5 grams net carbs, and 1 gram of sugar. These are big cookies, just so you know. If you use them to make an ice cream sandwich, it could definitely be in place of a meal. Two of the cookies is 30 grams of protein! And since the cookies are so big, you need a half cup of Killer Whey! to make the ice cream sandwich, which add an additional 11 grams of protein.

You can find Quest Protein Cookies online or in stores. I found them at Target. Killer Whey! can be purchased online or check out the website to see if your local grocery carries it.
