Keto Pumpkin Spice Milkshake

It’s officially pumpkin spice season. We’re two weeks into fall and the weather has definitely changed to fall. The trees are trading out their greens for yellows, oranges, and reds before the final drop. And the sun is making its appearance later each morning. Pumpkin spice has its place once the temperature drops. This Keto Pumpkin Spice Milkshake needs to be a part of your fall menu.

There’s no denying the pumpkin spice craze every fall. It’s never going out of style. And it seems that pumpkin spice season is starting earlier and earlier each year. People love their pumpkin spice.

While you can get pumpkin spice flavored anything and everything, a lot of it is artificially flavored. It takes effort to find a pumpkin spice latte or milkshake that uses real pumpkin.

Or you can just make your own pumpkin spice milkshakes and lattes at home using real pumpkin puree. It’s super easy and hardly takes anytime at all.

 

To make your own real pumpkin spice mixture, you’ll need the following ingredients:

  • ½ cup Canned pumpkin puree

  • ½ tsp Vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp Pumpkin pie spice (or ½ tsp cinnamon, ¼ tsp cloves, and ¼ tsp nutmeg)

  • 2 tsp Erythritol (optional)

You just mix the pumpkin puree with the spices, vanilla, and non-calorie sweetener. Store it in the fridge for up to a week and then add to your coffee along with a milk of choice to make a pumpkin spice latte or use it to make this amazing Keto Pumpkin Spice Milkshake.


For the Keto Pumpkin Spice Milkshake, you’ll need Killer Whey’s Keto Vanilla Ice Cream, a can of full-fat coconut milk, and a ½ cup of the real pumpkin spice mixture. Just put everything in the blender and mix. The real pumpkin makes this a legitimate pumpkin spice dessert!

 

KETO PUMPKIN SPICE MILKSHAKE

Servings: 4

Nutrition: 287 calories, 27 grams fat, 3 grams net carbs (5.5 g carbs total, 2.5 g fiber), 3 grams protein.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups of Killer Whey’s Keto Vanilla Ice Cream

  • 1 13.5 oz can of full-fat coconut milk

  • ½ cup of real canned pumpkin puree

  • Pinch of salt

Directions:
